Nexstream.tv reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts immediately and without notice where the violation involves illegal activity, serious harm, regulatory risk, or threat to the Service or other users.

3. Content and Streaming

3.1 User-Provided Content

  • Grant Nexstream.tv a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, stream, transmit, and display the content solely for operation of the Service

  • Represent that you have all necessary rights and permissions to use and distribute the content

3.2 Prohibited Content

You must not upload, stream, host, or distribute content that:

  • Infringes copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights

  • Is unlawful, abusive, threatening, defamatory, or misleading

  • Involves drugs, controlled substances, or illegal activities

  • Is sexually explicit, pornographic, or exploitative

  • Promotes violence, hate, or discrimination

  • Contains malware or attempts to compromise systems

Nexstream.tv reserves the right (but has no obligation) to remove, restrict, or disable access to any content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

3.3 Streaming Availability

Nexstream.tv does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific bitrates, latency, or compatibility with all devices or browsers.

  • Nexstream.tv does not guarantee availability, quality, or uninterrupted playback

  • You may not copy, redistribute, or rebroadcast content unless explicitly permitted

4. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, design, and platform functionality are owned by or licensed to Nexstream.tv and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The Service may integrate with or link to third‑party services. We are not responsible for third‑party content, policies, or practices.

6. Disclaimers

6.1 No Responsibility for User or Third-Party Content

Nexstream.tv acts solely as a technology and streaming service provider. We do not control, monitor, or endorse User Content or third-party content transmitted, stored, or streamed via the Service.

You acknowledge and agree that Nexstream.tv shall not be responsible or liable for any content that is:

  • Abusive, offensive, defamatory, or harmful

  • Related to drugs, controlled substances, or illicit activities

  • Sexual, explicit, or pornographic in nature

  • Illegal under applicable local, national, or international laws

  • Owned, uploaded, or controlled by third parties

All responsibility for such content rests solely with the user or third party who provides it.

6.2 No Legal Liability for Misuse of the Service

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexstream.tv shall not be liable for any claims, damages, losses, or legal actions arising from:

  • Misuse or abuse of the Service

  • Violations of these Terms by users or third parties

  • Content transmitted using the Service that breaches laws or regulations

  • Actions taken by law enforcement or regulators against users

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non‑infringement.

  • Nexstream.tv’s total aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) to Nexstream.tv in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim

  • You fail to remedy a violation within the required 24–48 hour notice period

  • Your content or conduct involves illegal activity, drugs, sexual or explicit material, or infringes third-party rights

  • Your use of the Service exposes Nexstream.tv to legal, regulatory, reputational, or operational risk

Termination may occur immediately and without prior notice where Nexstream.tv determines that urgent action is required.

8.2 Effect of Termination

Upon suspension or termination:

  • Your right to access or use the Service immediately ceases

  • Nexstream.tv may disable or delete your account and associated data

  • Nexstream.tv has no obligation to retain, return, or provide copies of any content or data

8.3 Survival

All provisions which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service, in whole or in part, at any time and in our sole discretion, including where:

  • You violate these Terms or any related policies

  • You fail to remedy a violation within the required 24–48 hour notice period

  • Your use of the Service exposes Nexstream.tv to legal, regulatory, or operational risk

  • Circumvent security, access controls, or usage restrictions

  • Use the Service in a manner that exposes Nexstream.tv to legal or regulatory risk

Violations of this AUP may result in enforcement action including content removal, suspension, or termination as described in these Terms.
